Refund Policy

General Policy

No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a onetime exchange of the unused portion toward other services. There will be no refund on gift cards purchased.

Prepaid Services

If you are unable to use a prepaid service that has not yet been rendered, you may request a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services of equal or greater value.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are considered final sale and are non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used toward services or products offered by our spa.

Service Satisfaction

While refunds are not available, we encourage clients to communicate with our staff if they experience any concerns with a service. We will make every effort to resolve issues and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Exceptions

In rare cases, management reserves the right to make an exception to this policy if deemed appropriate. Such exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
