Aaron Mazzrillo is the founder and operator of Free & Clear Skin, Inc., a leading medical aesthetics clinic in Huntington Beach, California. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Computer Science from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Aaron brings a science-driven, technology-forward approach to advanced skin treatments. A former U.S. Navy rescue swimmer, he leads with discipline, precision, and integrity. Under his leadership, Free & Clear Skin provides physician-supervised laser and aesthetic services using award-winning technology, delivering safe, effective, and personalized results across Southern California.

With years of experience in medical aesthetics and advanced skin treatments, Dr. Reuben combines science, innovation, and compassion to deliver safe and effective solutions tailored to each patient’s needs.

Tessa Frudakis, BSN-RN is a licensed aesthetic nurse with over four years of experience in medical aesthetics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has completed advanced training in laser and energy-based technologies, allowing her to safely and effectively treat a wide range of skin types and concerns.
Her clinical experience includes laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, fractional laser resurfacing, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and injectable treatments. Tessa has worked with laser hair removal platforms from Cynosure and Candela, tattoo removal systems including Paradigm, PicoWay (Candela), and Astanza, as well as fractional lasers such as Clear + Brilliant and LaseMD Ultra. She also has experience with radiofrequency micro-needling using the Potenza system (Cynosure) and IPL treatments using the Harmony platform, along with Thermage, CoolSculpting, Hydrafacial, and neuromodulators.
Known for her patient-centered approach, Tessa combines clinical precision with an artistic eye to create customized treatment plans focused on safety, education, and long-term results.
Her goal is to help patients feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in their skin, whether they are new to aesthetics or seeking advanced treatments to elevate their self-care routine.
