By booking and receiving services at our medical spa, clients acknowledge and accept that all treatments carry inherent risks. Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our staff and understand that failure to do so may increase the risk of adverse effects. By proceeding with treatment, clients release the medical spa, its affiliates, and its staff from any liability for complications or dissatisfaction that may arise, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Medical Disclosure
To ensure safe and effective treatments, clients must provide complete and accurate health information, including medical history, current conditions, medications, and allergies. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase risks and limit treatment options.

Our spa may use products or services supplied by third parties. We are not liable for any issues, reactions, or outcomes that arise from these third-party items, though we make every effort to use only trusted and professional sources.
Consent to Treatment
Clients confirm that they have had the opportunity to ask questions, received sufficient information about the treatments offered, and voluntarily consent to proceed.
